With a real estate strategy required for their European HQ, Sumitomo Corporation Europe appointed DMG Workplace as their Design & Build Partner to oversee the transformation of their London Office Real Estate.
Upon completion of in-depth Workplace Consultancy, the decision was made to remain at the iconic Vintners place with Cat A & B projects agreed. The jewel in the crown of this project is the revitalised 4th floor office space, comprising of 45,000 Sq. Ft and DMG are delighted to announce the completion of this Ska Certified Design & Build scheme.
Creating a space that blends elegance, functionality and sustainability, to provide the Workplace of tomorrow with a timeless, feature rich environment that focuses on a collaborative and free flowing space.
With an ambitious 30 week programme to achieve, the team have done a fantastic job whilst navigating key milestone activities including a road closure for crane lifts, re-locating the existing server room infrastructure and working in a live environment for the first 20 weeks of the project.
We are extremely proud to have achieved a Ska Rating on such a prestigious project, as well as the excellent CCS award which is testament to our teams ethos to create a safe, enjoyable environment, where people can thrive in the best possible working conditions.
